We hire only those lawyers who we believe demonstrate the potential for partnership. Unlike other firms, those who we elect as partners (generally after an 8-10 year track) immediately become equity owners of the firm, not second-class, salaried, or non-equity partners. And, because our partners retire as owners at age 65, we are able to routinely elect new partners.
