The economic landscape of southwestern Florida has changed considerably since we expanded our practice to Naples in 1981. Since then, the increase of full-time residents in the area has spurred significant business growth, and our practice has kept pace.
Today, our Trusts & Estates practice extends to estate planning and administration, family limited partnerships, private foundations, charitable lead trusts and closely held businesses, among other services.
Alan Hilfiker and Brian McAvoy, who are resident in the firm's Naples office, are Certified by the Florida Bar as specialists in Wills,Trusts & Estates law. Mr. Hilfiker and Mr. McAvoy counsel and advise clients in all aspects of trusts and estates law.
