The Summer Program is our preferred means of hiring associates and is of vital importance to our overall recruitment effort. Each year, we employ several students as summer associates. Because our summer program is on a smaller scale, students benefit from working closely with and getting to know the firm’s attorneys, while at the same time getting real responsibility on important and challenging matters.
We believe that summer associates should work on actual projects and cases. Consequently, our summer associates are active members of our client teams and often participate in client meetings, closings and other key events.
