· The employment application and resume are received by Human Resources. Applicant qualifications are compared with the required skills and qualifications for posted positions.
· If an applicant meets the qualifications identified in a posted position, the resume is forwarded to the interview team. The interview team selects applicants for initial interviews.
· Additional interviews may be scheduled with others in the practice group or department.
· Once a final qualified candidate is identified, Human Resources will contact references.
