Professional Experience

Jessica Myers concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, contractor licensing and regulation, mechanics liens, surety and bond law, construction claims and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining HSE, she practiced commercial litigation with a construction law focus in Arizona and California. Jessica's experience includes representing contractors, materials suppliers, property owners, and design professionals in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
