Our people enable us to provide the high-quality, responsive and cost-effective service that our clients expect and deserve. We know that this mission is best accomplished by bringing together people from varied backgrounds and perspectives who apply their unique expertise and experiences to the complex legal issues our clients face. Some examples of the ways we seek to achieve greater diversity at the firm include:

The scholarship recipient receives a $7,500 award for law school tuition and a paid 10-week summer associate position in the firm's Rochester office.
