ABOUT OUR CORNING OFFICE

We are proud to have a footprint in the heart of the Southern Tier. Our Corning office is conveniently located near vibrant Market Street and the Gaffer District of Downtown Corning, known for its shopping, dining, arts, and beautifully restored buildings. We are just a few blocks from the headquarters of Corning Inc., across the Chemung River from the Corning Museum of Glass, and a short walk to the Rockwell Museum.

With cutting edge businesses and dozens of higher educational institutions throughout the region, (including top-ranked Cornell University, Binghamton University and Ithaca College), we are honored to provide legal services to Southern Tier businesses and entities and support the economic growth of this dynamic and picturesque region.

Our attorneys represent a wide range of companies, educational institutions, and municipalities in the region and are active in several charitable and professional organizations including Corning Chamber of Commerce, the Arts Council of the Southern Finger Lakes, Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development, Chemung County Chamber of Commerce among others.

The office is led by Leslie M. Connolly, a partner at HSE with decades of experience counseling clients in a broad range of environmental, health and safety compliance matters, land use and zoning projects, and alternative energy developments.
