Sexual Harassment Prevention Training - Dec 8, 2020

Webinar satisfying employer requirement to provide sexual harassment training to all employees.

The Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Labor and Employment team is pleased to host another quarterly Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (webinar). This training is appropriate for all employees working in New York State (and New York City for employers with more than 15 employees), and will satisfy New York State and New York City sexual harassment prevention training requirements.

Please register today to join us from the comforts of your own office to complete this timely and important training. Cost: $20.00 per person.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a recent change in the law, all employees must receive a copy of their employer’s sexual harassment prevention policy at the time of the training. In order for us to satisfy this requirement, the webinar registrant’s employer must send us a copy of the organization’s sexual harassment policy and the employee attendee email address at least two business days PRIOR to the webinar. The harassment policy and email address may be submitted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. During the webinar, we will email the policy to the organization’s employee and require a reply acknowledgement. This will allow us to comply with the law and certify that attendees have been provided a copy of their organization’s policy and also enable our presenters to answer questions about each organization’s policy during the training. We are not able to issue a certificate of attendance to attendees for whom we do not receive the policy or an acknowledgment of receipt.
