Reggie, Specialty Insurance Director, is responsible for Lawley’s specialty insurance department, including errors & omissions insurance, professional liability insurance, medical malpractice insurance, directors & officers insurance (D&O insurance), employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, cyber/network security (including privacy) liability and pollution coverages.

F. Paul Greene, Harter Secrest & Emery LLP

Paul Greene is the chair of Harter Secrest & Emery’s Privacy and Data Security practice group. Paul counsels clients concerning all aspects surrounding a breach including pre-breach preparation and risk management, and post-breach coaching, response services, notification, and governmental investigations.
