There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to using intellectual property to create value and provide a competitive advantage. HSE will host a panel discussion using three business scenarios to illustrate alternative patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret approaches. The program will include a discussion on creating and managing intellectual property portfolios.

For purposes of New York State Mandatory CLE Requirements, each program below will be eligible for at least 1.5 credit hours in the Areas of Professional Practice category, and is designated
as transitional and non-transitional.
