Sexual Misconduct Investigations and Resolution: Legal and Best Practice Standards

Theresa A. Conroy and Julia Green Sewruk, partners in Harter Secrest & Emery’s Higher Education practice group, will dig into the detailed facts underlying select sexual misconduct litigation matters that have and are making their way through the federal court system, using court decisions to help guide your day-to-day decision-making. 

Who should attend:

Designed for anyone on campus with Title IX and Article 129-B responsibilities, including in-house counsel, board members, senior administrators, human resources, campus safety, student conduct, and student affairs.
