Paul Greene, HSE partner and chair of the Privacy and Data Security practice group, authored a recent New York Law Journal article titled, “CCPA and Beyond: Mandating Data Protection by Regulation Creates Confusion.” In the article, Paul described that in the arena of data protection, the separation of legislation and regulation in U.S. administration law is being put to the test and causing confusion for businesses seeking to comply with data protection duties.
