Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, is pleased to announce the promotions of Litigation attorneys Daniel J. Altieri to senior associate and Jessica A. Myers to counsel.

Altieri focuses his practice on commercial litigation and data security issues. His experience includes cases involving breach of contract, data breach response, trade secret protection and restrictive covenants, professional malpractice, commercial landlord/tenants lease issues, and general negligence. Altieri joined Harter Secrest & Emery in 2008. He is a graduate of Niagara University and received his law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School.

Myers handles a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters in the areas of construction law, contractor licensing and regulation, mechanics liens, surety and bond law, and construction claims. In addition, her practice includes representation of both victims and defendants subject to investigations at both the state and federal level, where she has handled matters before the New York Attorney General and the United States Department of Justice. Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery in 2008, she practiced commercial litigation in Arizona and California. Myers graduated from the University of Rochester and Cornell Law School.
