Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a full-service business law firm with offices throughout New York, announced that Rebecca E. Graf has been promoted to Director of Human Resources.

Formerly the firm’s Assistant Director of Human Resources, Graf joined Harter Secrest & Emery in 2002 and spent eight years as an Associate in the Labor and Employment practice before joining the Human Resources team as Assistant Director. In her new position, Graf will oversee the firm’s employee payroll processes, HR compliance, employee benefit programs, manage the recruitment of paralegals, and participate on the Attorney Evaluation Committee in the preparation of attorney reviews, among other responsibilities. 

“Rebecca has been a tremendous contributor in our human resources group,” said Rhonda Noto, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer. “The combination of her legal background coupled with her experience as an HR professional in a law firm has provide Rebecca with an outstanding foundation for this expanded role.”

Graf earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. from SUNY Fredonia.
