Q&A Session on the Pending NYS Anti-Harassment Policy

New York State recently published DRAFT sexual harassment prevention policy and training guidelines for employers that are generating a lot of questions.

Harter Secrest & Emery Labor and Employment attorneys conducted an informal discussion and Q&A session on the proposed policy and training model. In addition to taking questions, our attorneys reviewed the draft policy, training requirements and discussed what this means for employers of all sizes.
