Maura McGuire is a commercial litigator who practices in state and federal courts and regularly represents individuals and companies of all sizes on a wide range of litigation matters including business and contract disputes and related appeals. She also represents municipalities in a range of litigation matters including civil disputes, responding to FOIL/FOIA requests, and article 78 proceedings.
