As a member of the employee benefits and executive compensation group, Vittoria assists businesses and not-for-profit entities with their employee benefit programs. Her experience includes advising clients regarding the design, administration and compliance issues associated with a wide array of employee benefit plans such as qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare plans.

She further assists clients in implementing fiduciary best practices related to their employee benefit programs and handling employee benefits issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
