Chelsea handles a wide variety of tasks for the litigation, real estate, and corporate practice areas.

Her work with the litigation group includes providing support to all aspects of litigation, from pleadings to discovery to legal research. Chelsea collaborates with attorneys in the collection, organization, drafting, filing, service, and review of all case material for specialty and industry-specific litigation, and for matters concerning land use, construction disputes, municipal entities, and insurance defense.

With respect to real property matters, Chelsea aids with due diligence and document drafting for transactions, conveyances, easements, and mechanic’s lien claims. She works closely with attorneys, clients, and third parties to facilitate closings and document recording.

On corporate matters, Chelsea assists with conducting due diligence research, drafting Secretary of State filings, and maintaining minute books. Her work also extends to commercial loans and various agreements between business entities.

Chelsea is a notary public commissioned by the State of New York.
