Michael is an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group, where he provides advice on compensation and benefit arrangements, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans and incentive compensation programs.

Before joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Michael gained valuable insights as an attorney in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department. In that role, he prepared preliminary reports for appeals pending before the Court, conducted extensive research on various topics of New York law, drafted memorandum decisions, and recommended dispositions to the Court.
