

Michelle has been entrenched in the real estate industry since before law school. Utilizing this background of over 20 years and her more recent experience as in-house counsel at a public company, Michelle provides real-world, practical and strategic advice on real estate transactions.
Her experience includes guiding clients through every step of a real estate transaction, from execution of the purchase and sale agreement to closing. She also assists landlords and tenants with commercial lease negotiations and has represented borrowers and lenders in commercial financing transactions. As former in-house counsel, Michelle understands the pressure that companies face and works diligently to provide timely and sound advice so projects can move forward as efficiently as possible.
Michelle also has corporate experience that includes drafting transactional and governance documents and performing due diligence review for mergers and acquisitions.
