

Kevin Pregent is an associate in the securities and capital markets group. Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Kevin gained hands-on experience as a summer associate with the firm drafting legal memos for attorneys in the litigation, real estate, environmental, and corporate practice groups.
While attending Vanderbilt University Law School, Kevin participated in the Law and Religion Research Fellowship at the Religious Freedom Center of the Newseum Institute in Washington D.C. where he drafted memos regarding law and religion and researched trends in Free Exercise Clause litigation.
