Allison Bartlett is an associate in the environmental, land use and zoning practice group. Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Allison was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience conducting research and drafting legal memos for attorneys in the litigation, immigration, environmental, and corporate practice groups.

While attending Albany Law School, Allison was a judicial intern in both the United States District Court, Northern District, for The Honorable Mae D’Agostino and the Albany County Court, Third District, for The Honorable Peter A. Lynch, where she researched legal issues, drafted and edited legal memoranda, evaluated records, and observed trials and court proceedings.

Allison will assist the environmental, land use and zoning practice group with a variety of matters including:

  • Environmental due diligence on corporate and real estate transactions
  • Permitting and environmental regulatory compliance
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Land use, zoning and New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) review
  • Brownfields redevelopment
  • Environmental and land use litigation
