

Jonathan represents clients in a range of corporate matters, including transactions and agreements involving private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations and dissolutions, contracts, and other general corporate matters.
He has extensive experience with corporate governance, New York not-for-profit corporation law, franchise law, and financial services regulation.
While attending Vanderbilt University, Jonathan was a law clerk at Academy Sports + Outdoors in Houston, TX and a legal/finance intern with the Nashville Predators NHL franchise in Nashville, TN.
