Andrew represents clients in all stages of state and federal litigation, including at the trial and appellate levels.

Before coming to Harter Secrest & Emery, Andrew was an appellate attorney with the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department where he assisted Justices in resolving appeals. Prior to that, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where his work included matters relating to the Republic of Argentina’s sovereign debt restructuring, patent disputes, and complex civil litigation.

In addition, Andrew gained valuable experience as an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest and one of its oldest law firms. This included representing debtors and creditors in all stages of chapter 11 restructurings and adversary proceedings.
