Geoff is a law clerk in the private equity and venture capital practice group where he performs due diligence reviews, prepares legal documents, and conducts research. Prior to joining HSE, he was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience researching complex legal issues and drafting memoranda and motions.
While in law school, Geoff was an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, in Boston, MA, where he researched and wrote memoranda and motions and prepared attorneys for oral arguments. He also served as a judicial intern at the Federal District Court of Eastern Michigan for Judge Victoria Roberts and at the Federal District Court of Massachusetts for Magistrate Judge Judith Dein.
