Hannah is an associate in the commercial and intellectual property litigation practice group. Her work includes conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing and producing materials in response to discovery demands, and drafting briefs, memoranda of law, pleadings, pretrial motions, internal legal memoranda, and various discovery pleadings, including subpoenas and discovery requests and responses. Prior to joining HSE, she was a summer associate with the firm and gained hands-on experience researching complex legal issues, analyzing and summarizing legal documents, drafting legal memoranda, and performing discovery to prep for litigation.
While in law school, Hannah was a law clerk for the Honorable William M. Skretny, U.S. District Judge, WDNY. She assisted with drafting decisions and orders, researched and drafted memoranda in connection with litigation pending in federal court, and analyzed many facets of civil and criminal litigation. Hannah also served as a legal intern at the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office where she conducted legal research, managed and updated criminal records, assisted with trial prep, and contributed to the jury selection process.
