Christine O’Connor represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity leveraged buyout transactions, venture capital financings and general corporate matters. Christine’s clients include local, national and international companies as well as individuals. In particular, Christine has extensive experience with:

  • Buying and selling software-based, manufacturing-based and product distribution-based companies.
  • Buying and selling surgery centers and dental practices.
  • Transactions involving management equity rollovers, senior and mezzanine debt financing and corporate restructuring.
  • Raising funds for venture-capital backed companies by selling rounds of preferred stock ranging from Series A to Series D.

Prior to joining Harter Secrest & Emery, Christine worked for the Cleveland, Ohio office of Jones Day.
