- Employee relations issues.
- Representing management before federal and state agencies.
- Health and safety matters.
- Employment hiring and termination.
- Personnel policies and practices, and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Employment contract claims.
- Leave issues, including compliance with the FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation Law.
