Susan’s health care work is concentrated on assisting clients in resolving patient treatment, discharge and payment issues, including collection actions, Medicaid eligibility and guardianships; regulatory compliance, including compliance program development and implementation; Certificate of Need (CON) applications; and mental hygiene patient involuntary retention and treatment over objection issues. Susan also assists teaching hospitals with obtaining and maintaining their Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accreditation.

In addition to health care work, Susan also assists the Immigration group by conducting research and preparing documents for filing with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor and Department of State. She also assists with the preparation of employment-based petitions for temporary or permanent residence status.
